Body and Movement Therapies

Michael Mascioli is a body and movement structural therapist with 20 years of experience.

A licensed massage therapist, Michael studied Structural Integration with Tom Myers and then completed the full body Active Release Techniques program. Michael trained with Jim McCormick, one of the founders of Zero Balancing, and with The Barral Institute in Visceral Manipulation.

Additionally, he trained with Dr. Kerry D’Ambrogio in his Osteopathic based treatment and with David Graston in the use of his Fascial Release Tools.

An NASM certified Performance Enhancement Specialist, he trained with Gray Cook in Functional Movement Screen and with Dr. Greg Rose of The Titleist Institute for Select Functional Movement Screen. Michael has been an avid Qi Gong and Daoist meditation practitioner for over 18 years.

In 2016 he completed the Level 2 course of study with Dr. Antonio Stecco in Stecco Fascial Manipulation, a cutting-edge, research-based approach to treating short term and chronic movement and pain issues.

Michael's work has evolved into a union of his skillsets, intuition and experience, and is distinctly tuned to the particular needs and goals of each client, helping individuals restore functional capabilities, reduce pain and discomfort, and regain strength, balance and flexibility.

"After working with Michael I ran pain free for the first time in many months."
